I aspire to create websites for individuals and organizations with positive intentions, empowering them to contribute towards a brighter, more impactful world.
I’m Ayaka Koga, the founder and owner of Fern & Fire Creative. Being introverted, queer, a woman, and “unique”, I never imagined starting and owning a successful business let alone a service. When I was starting out, I struggled with a lack of clarity and confidence. Now that I have clarity and a business that I’m proud to show off, I’m inspired to help other people grow their businesses.
I’ve also worked with several nonprofit organizations that are supported by some of the best people I know and are making the world better. They have inspired me to never stop doing the work and fighting the good fight. Sadly, some of these organizations aren’t easily found and have no online presence. When I get the chance, I love helping to spread awareness to these organizations.
I aim to empower you with the same confidence in your own business, enabling you to uncover its full potential and to help spread awareness for organizations helping make the world a better place and supporting marginalized people.
I started learning web design as an escape from a soul sucking job in 2021. I was inspired when my mother asked for help with her website for her pottery business. Then, I encountered several websites in need of an update both from non profits and local businesses. It felt like a sign to help. I love supporting small businesses and non profits because they do good work and are passionate about what they do. It makes my heart happy to help good people succeed.
